Mailbox Limitations

Your mailbox, by default, will hold 10 MB of messages and attachments total. Whether you are downloading your mail to Outlook Express, Outlook or another 3rd-party software, you are responsible for managing the amount of mail inside your account.

Messages stored inside any folders and sub folders on the webmail server count toward the total 10 MB capacity. For this reason you do not want to store a lot of mail and attachments on the webserver. If there are items you want to save for future reference you should be downloading them to your desktop via an e-mail reader (i.e., Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) and that program set to remove mail from the server.

If your mailbox reaches its 10 MB limit mail that is sent to your e-mail address will be returned to the sender with the message that you have exceeded your available storage space.

Mailbox limits can be increased to 15 MB or 25 MB by request for a small charge.
