- Open Outlook 2003 and from the navigation menu click on TOOLS
- Select E-MAIL ACCOUNTS from the drop down menu.
- Select Add a
new e-mail account and click NEXT
- Choose POP3 as your server type by clicking the
radio button, and click Next.
- Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:
User information:
Your name: Enter your name as you'd like it to
appear in the FROM: field of your outgoing e-mail.
E-mail Address: Enter your full e-mail address
(yourname@yourdomain.com)

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.ahcomputers.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.ahcomputers.net

User Name: Enter your username. This is not
the same as your e-mail address and if you don't know it,
please contact your mail administrator.
Password: Enter your password

- Click More Settings and then click the Outgoing Server
tab.
- Check the box next to the My outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication and select Use same settings
as my incoming mail server.
- Click the Advanced tab and make sure your SMTP
setting is set to 25 and the POP POP setting says 110.
- Click OK.
- Click Test Account Settings...
After receiving Congratulations! All tests completed
successfully, click Close.
- Click
Next, and then click Finish.
